Version 1 is seeking an Applied AI Architect to join its Forward Deployed capability. You will design, build, deploy and maintain multi‑agent AI systems in production, acting as a trusted adviser to customer architects and senior engineers, not from behind a desk but alongside them on demanding challenges.

This deeply technical role sits with customers, setting the technical standard for Version 1’s most complex engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Personally designed, built, deployed and maintained multi-agent systems in production.
• Strong consulting instincts; able to align tech with business goals.
• Deep architectural credibility in orchestration, routing and guardrails.
• Current, hands-on depth in LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Willingness to tackle post-demo challenges and drive reliability.

Aufgaben

• Advise the customer’s AI architects and engineers on agentic system design.
• Run discovery, workshops and architecture reviews with stakeholders.
• Co-design multi-agent architectures with customer teams for production workloads.
• Create reference implementations and accelerators for customer use.
• Address production challenges like hallucination, tool failures and latency.
• Set and defend technical standards and architectural practices for engagements.
• Oversee evaluation, observability, tracing and monitoring before production.
• Mentor Applied AI Consultants and Associates in advanced engineering practices.
• Contribute reusable architectures and tooling to Version 1’s toolkit.
