Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Leader to deliver on-time technical outcomes across complex automotive electrification projects. You will lead R&D disciplines, synchronize activities, and ensure budgeting, scheduling, and design robustness meet PDP and CLPP standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal/external stakeholders, managing ECRs, and driving risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with ASPICE and related processes.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or MS preferred.
6+ years in complex product/project development in automotive electrification.
Experience in applying APQP product development cycle.
Demonstrated organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Act as the first technical contact of the project internally & externally.
Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of components for product development.
Ensure development is completed within defined budget, meeting high quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor DRs, and manage action plans.
Organize reviews and technical meetings with stakeholders and escalate critical issues as needed.
