Job summary

Clarios seeks an Engineering Project Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team through requirements, development, integration and release, aiming for on-time delivery and optimal BOM management.

You will partner with program management, supply chain, manufacturing and quality to ensure robust product launches and lifecycle governance. A strong focus on electronics, software and mechanical systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience of project execution experience including product launch.
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive electronics and software product development.
• Domain knowledge in automotive electronics, software and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads multidisciplinary product engineering team to meet project targets, BoM and schedule.
• Drives product maturity and coordinates lifecycle activities from development to release.
• Interfaces with program management, supply chain, manufacturing and quality.
• Represents technical input for change control boards and escalation.
• Plans technical work packages (content/schedule/quality) per overall plan.
• Coordinates product/system releases and manages sample builds with manufacturing.
