Responsibilities

• Application Management: Install, configure, and maintain a wide range of applications and systems.
• Platform Support: Provide support for multiple platforms and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
• Security: Implement and maintain security measures for applications and systems.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor performance and optimize overall efficiency.
• Patch Management: Keep systems up-to-date with patches and updates.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed configurations and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, network admins, and DBAs for integration.
• Problem Resolution: Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary.
• Capacity Planning: Plan for scaling applications to meet demand.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
