Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in application administration across multiple platforms/systems. A/E/C industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant CRB software stack technologies.
• Strong security practices and implementation experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with industry regulations or compliance standards.
• Experience with Autodesk AEC products preferred.
• Experience with programming and/or regular expressions preferred.
• Experience with database design principles and management preferred.
• Understanding of engineering deliverables and integrated project execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, install, configure, and maintain a wide range of applications and systems for optimal performance and availability.
• Provide platform support and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.
• Implement and maintain security measures for applications and systems.
• Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency.
• Keep applications and systems up-to-date with patches and updates.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with developers, network, and database admins for integration and operations.
• Respond to incidents and problems, escalating as needed.
• Conduct capacity planning and recommend scaling approaches.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
