CRB is seeking a Sr. Application Administrator to maintain and support multiple software systems across the organization.

The role includes configuration, security, monitoring, and documentation to ensure reliable access and performance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of application administration experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in application administration with multi-platform support. A/E/C industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and implementing security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Application Management: Manage, install, configure, and maintain a wide range of applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Platform Support: Provide support for multiple platforms and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
• Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect applications and systems.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency.
• Patch Management: Keep all applications and systems up-to-date with latest patches.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, network and database admins to ensure integration.
• Problem Resolution: Address incidents promptly and escalate as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
• Training and Mentorship: Guide junior admins and support staff.
