Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Application Administrator to maintain, monitor, and support multiple software systems used across the organization. You will be the primary support resource for systems with concurrent users, handling configuration, integrity, and accessibility through problem-solving and testing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 8+ years of application administration experience, with preferred familiarity for Autodesk AEC products and programming/regex skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of application administration experience governing multiple platforms.
• Strong security practices and compliance awareness.
• Autodesk AEC products experience preferred.
• Programming or regex experience preferred.
• Database design knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of engineering deliverables and project execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, install, configure, and maintain a wide range of applications and systems.
• Provide platform support for multiple environments and troubleshoot to resolution.
• Implement and maintain security measures; monitor performance and vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers, network and database administrators for seamless integration.
• Respond to incidents, resolve problems, and plan capacity and compliance.
• Mentor junior administrators and support staff.
