Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with AWS certs and Salesforce exposure.
• 5+ years in .NET web apps and 3+ years in production support.
• Strong SRE, automation, observability and incident management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Application Support with SRE responsibilities to improve reliability.
• Develop automation workflows and operational tooling.
• Manage escalations and coordinate cross‑team resolutions.
• Own COE analysis and post‑incident reviews.
• Improve observability with dashboards, logs, metrics and traces.
• Plan and implement solutions for incidents from detection to resolution.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
