Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.

- Minimum 5+ years in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, or related roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as key technical resource for complex customer issues and provide advanced troubleshooting.
- Mentor and develop Applications Engineers, guiding problem-solving and best practices.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects to completion within schedules and budgets.
- Serve as primary technical contact for field sales on strategic opportunities and high-value accounts.
- Create detailed technical documentation and collateral supporting business requirements and product applications.
- Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams.
- Support aerospace for substation capacitor bank solutions and related products.
