Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and select appropriate product for quotations.
• Provide product information to customer service, field sales, and customers.
• Provide training and technical presentations on arrester selection and application.
• Assist in preparation of marketing and/or technical documents.
• Analyze market and customer data trends to determine pricing levels.
• Conduct market studies and voice of customer for new/improved products.
• Manage product plan activities to drive NPD and updates of legacy products.
• Organize material for seminars, industry meetings, and trade shows.
• Provide recommendations on application of surge arrester products.
• Provide recommendations on product modifications based on market needs.
• Assist with competitive benchmarking.
