Greene, Tweed to hire an Application Engineer-III who will translate complex customer requirements into high-performance solutions using GT's advanced materials. You will partner with global customers, commercial squads, and operations teams to drive product development from concept to delivery with high autonomy and technical leadership.

You will architect design proposals, mentor engineers, represent GT at technical committees, and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Engineering required.
• 6–10 years in engineering or design environment.
• Experience in polymer, plastics, elastomer design/manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Technical Leadership & Customer Partnership: collaborate with external clients, sales, manufacturing, and quality teams; travel to customer sites as needed to ensure design needs are met with accuracy and excellence.
• Product Development & Material Expertise: recommend advanced materials, review specs, ensure alignment between customer needs and GT capabilities; approve engineering drawings for production; lead complex engineering analyses.
• Innovation, Project Management & Continuous Improvement: lead strategic technical and business initiatives; identify process improvements; define qualification, testing, and validation methods; analyze failures to guide design improvements; standardize operations with global benchmarks.
