Qualifications

• Experience with magnetic properties and rare earth permanent magnet grades.
• Experience working with external customers to translate needs into specifications.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams to generate specifications and quotes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as magnetics subject matter expert with customers and interpret requests into product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional projects to integrate MP magnets into customer applications.
• Develop and deploy tools for rapid quoting of new products and train the sales team.
