Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and teams to define technical requirements and proposed solutions.
- Support product integration and assist during deployment.
- Provide technical guidance throughout projects.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to technical proposals and project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations and business development.
- Present findings in customer meetings and reviews.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for projects and installations.
