Job summary

Twiceasnice Recruiting client seeks a Senior Application Engineer with electrical or electronics experience to bridge customers and engineering. The role emphasizes solving technical challenges and shaping the position around strengths, whether hands-on or customer-facing, in a collaborative environment.

The candidate will work onsite daily in Lewis Center, OH, partnering with sales and engineering to troubleshoot applications, recommend solutions, and support ongoing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience providing application engineering or technical support for electrical or electronic products.
• Working knowledge of electronic circuits and system-level electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work onsite daily is required.
• Quarterly travel is required (typically one week per quarter).

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to evaluate application requirements
• Recommend products based on customer applications
• Support sales through technical discovery and solution development
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and application issues
• Diagnose product integration and performance challenges
• Collaborate with engineering and sales on customer solutions
• Develop application notes and technical documentation
• Support account growth through technical expertise
• Travel to quarterly customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
