Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Tampa, FL seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst to provide dev-ops support for critical Citi applications across OTC Margin, MERIT, Netting Engine and Quattro. You will manage cloud infrastructure, including ECS/EKS, VPCs, and NAS; coordinate change tickets and DR testing; and lead CI/CD pipelines and data provisioning.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with extensive experience in AWS/EKS, OpenShift, and database

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in IT/related field.
Six years of IT experience with AWS/EKS cloud provisioning and ECS/OpenShift administration.
Experience provisioning and managing databases (Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines and managing source code with Bitbucket/GitHub/Jenkins.

Responsibilities

Provide development operations support for critical Citi applications and ensure stability.
Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure including ECS, EKS, VPCs, security groups, and load balancers.
Coordinate change tickets in ServiceNow and support disaster recovery testing.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage source control repositories (Bitbucket, GitHub).
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project managers to meet requirements and deadlines.
