Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of system development life cycle and application troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to complex technical problems across diverse scope.
• Designs and builds systems to meet user needs within IT architecture.
• Collects user information, defines scope, and conducts feasibility studies for system solutions.
• Writes system and configuration specifications for implementation.
• Maintains technical documentation and assists with system operation and upgrades.
• Leads design sessions with end-users and cross-functional teams; mentors others as needed.
