Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Application Tester for a technical development program of 200+ FTE supporting the Sponsor's Attribute/Entitlement Services within the IDAM/ICAM space. The Test Engineer will join a high-performing team delivering two web-based applications with large user interfaces and web services.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of testing experience, including manual testing and Selenium automation, with API testing and SQL basics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent testing experience.
TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
8+ years of testing experience.
Strong knowledge of manual testing (functional, exploratory, regression).
Strong knowledge of automated testing using Selenium.
Experience in API testing.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience using Jira.
Experience with testing procedures writing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers, DBAs, systems engineers, security engineers, program managers, and other test team members on testing tasks in Jira.
Ensure that all testing tasks assigned are thoroughly tested and documented in Jira tasks, whether manual or automated.
Contribute to test planning, test case design, and documentation.
Participate in every-other-day scrum stand-ups to discuss task status.
Attend monthly retrospective sessions to discuss improvements.
