Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application development or a similar role.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and SQL/SSMS.
• Experience with GenTax product configuration (preferred).
• Ability to perform problem-solving and analytical analysis.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple software development projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and modify critical systems for the Indiana Department of Revenue.
• Configure and modify C# and SQL-based applications.
• Diagnose system errors, apply code changes, and conduct QA testing.
• Potentially take on team lead responsibilities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Train users on new systems and gather requirements for enhancements.
