Job summary

You will develop functional designs for new or enhanced systems, ensuring traceability to business needs and guiding deployment of IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand larger and more complex business issues and data challenges; decompose high-level information into details.
• Analyze end-to-end business and technical flows; evaluate impacts to operations.
• Review and prioritize business requirements, specifications, processes and recommendations; distinguish user requests from underlying business needs.
• Translate requirements into system-level functional solutions using interviews, analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, and prototyping.
• Coordinate the development of functional design specifications, GUI and screen interfaces; identify risks and dependencies.
• Guide project personnel to identify system changes and conduct gap analyses; ensure traceability from requirements to solution.
