Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years IT experience.
• Experience with iSeries/AS400 or similar tools.
• Experience supporting Manhattan WMi or similar WMS platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves production support issues, including after-hours.
• Participates in 24/7 on-call support and disaster recovery drills.
• Analyses and supports moderate to complex application issues.
• Coordinates with vendors and developers to resolve issues.
• Performs troubleshooting, debugging, and testing of application software.
• Configures and installs software per change management policies.
• Upgrades and migrates applications to new versions/infrastructure.
• Installs software patches and ensures best practices for patching.
• Drives proactive measures to prevent reoccurring issues.
• Communicates status and proposed solutions to users and stakeholders.
