Qualifications

• Healthcare experience in HIPAA-regulated environments is required.
• 2+ years in software support with coding in .NET, Python, or JavaScript and SQL/REST API work.
• Minimum 3 years in application/production support roles.
• Direct HIPAA exposure; SOX or regulated-industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 subject matter expert for healthcare data exchange (HL7/FHIR).
• Lead advanced RCA and interpret logs to implement fixes.
• Use Power BI and Azure Monitor to identify trends and monitor uptime.
• Collaborate across teams using Zendesk, Slack, and Azure DevOps.
• Own outages end-to-end and mentor Level 1 agents as needed.
