Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Madison, WI, is seeking a Principal Application Security Analyst to lead our enterprise application-security program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application security, DevSecOps, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and attack techniques including auth, injection, session management, API security.

Responsibilities

• Operate, tune, and improve enterprise application-security testing capabilities (SAST, DAST, SCA, API and secrets scanning) within the development and CI/CD lifecycle.
• Partner with Cyber Trust & Architecture to translate enterprise app-security standards into practical developer guidance, testing criteria, and implementation practices.
• Deliver a developer-focused secure-coding education program using vulnerability trends and hands-on guidance.
• Translate application-security findings, trends, and standards adoption into actionable, risk-based information for technical, managerial, and executive audiences.
• Coordinate remediation with developers and system owners, prioritizing by exploitability and business risk; verify fixes through retesting.
