Job summary

Crown is seeking an Application Security and Identity Manager to lead security and identity teams in New Bremen, OH. You will shape identity governance, access management, and application security across the enterprise, partnering with IT and business units to align risk controls with business goals.

You will drive strategic roadmaps, oversee sensitive credentials, manage MFA/SSO, and ensure secure software development practices. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS or related with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Non-degree candidates may be considered with 12+ years of related experience and HS diploma.
• Occasional travel and overnight stays up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead application security and identity professionals for access governance and authentication.
• Develop and execute roadmaps for identity governance and privileged access management.
• Partner with business units and IT leaders to align security requirements with business needs.
• Establish standards and metrics to improve security effectiveness.
• Oversee user lifecycle processes across enterprise systems.
• Ensure periodic access certifications and governance controls.
• Lead implementation of privileged account controls and credential vaulting.
• Manage multifactor authentication, SSO, and directory services.
• Oversee security assessments, testing, and remediation.
• Define long-term identity and application security strategies.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports on access governance and program maturity.
• Present cybersecurity risks and investment priorities to leadership.
