Job summary

True Zero Technologies is seeking an experienced Application Security Engineer Senior to lead security engineering for CBP systems across the software lifecycle. You will establish baselines, logging, monitoring, and documentation to support ISSO activities during ATO/ATT processes.

The role requires 7+ years in application security or security engineering, with strong communication skills and a track record of risk-based decision making and remediation guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant application security or security engineering experience.
• Experience leading application security operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting ATO/ATT activities and risk decisions.
• Strong written and oral communication for technical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead security engineering for CBP application systems across the lifecycle.
• Maintain security documentation and evidence for ISSOs during ATO/ATT activities.
• Monitor application security, incidents, and deployment records.
• Improve logging, SIEM integration, and vulnerability remediation.
