Headway is building a security-first platform to protect therapists, patients, and payers. As an early member of the Security team, you will drive in-house product and application security engineering efforts, partnering with product and engineering to ensure secure design and implementation.

You will contribute to security operations, vulnerability management, and code reviews while fostering a culture of secure development across engineering, including exploring AI-native security tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security and/or software engineering experience with security responsibilities.
