Headway is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to build end-to-end abstractions over a fragmented healthcare system, delivering seamless, empathetic experiences for therapists and patients.

You'll own features from database to UI, design AI-enhanced interfaces for clinical data, scheduling, notes, and payments, and contribute to patient-first search and onboarding improvements within a fast-growing healthcare platform.

Qualifications

• Experience building fullstack web applications across backend and frontend.
• Ability to design scalable systems and maintainable code.
• Experience with modern web stacks and healthcare domain awareness is a plus.
