Responsibilities

• Serve as primary senior technical expert for Decorative Coatings in North America.
• Provide high-level technical service via customer visits, webinars, and technical presentations.
• Lead testing, benchmarking, and evaluations to demonstrate product performance.
• Drive new product/process development in collaboration with RD&I and regional teams.
• Coordinate with marketing to translate findings into customer materials and launches.
• Act as Global ART Lead for designated Key Accounts and participate in Centres of Excellence.
