Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to ensure reliability and performance of business-critical applications. You will lead investigations, coordinate with engineering and vendors, and drive long‑term solutions to prevent incidents.

You will monitor health metrics, manage access controls, and help develop workflows and documentation, ensuring consistent support processes and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Lead technical discussions and communicate incidents to stakeholders.
• Exercises independent judgment in high-impact situations; assesses business impact and urgency.
• Advanced knowledge in infrastructure design, Windows/Linux admin, SQL, HTML, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead investigation and resolution of complex, high-impact incidents.
• Serve as advanced escalation point when standard procedures fail.
• Own incidents from start to finish with accountability for progress and impact.
• Create, modify and support SQL databases, queries, tables, and data structures.
• Develop and maintain HTML-based pages and interfaces as needed.
• Monitor health, uptime, and performance dashboards; ensure process standardization.
