Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/Business required.
- 3+ years in application support or related role.
- Strong SQL, HTML, and web content skills.
- Experience with enterprise systems, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigation and resolution of complex, high-impact incidents.
- Serve as escalation point for unresolved issues and coordinate with teams.
- Own incidents end-to-end, including status updates and business impact.
- Develop and maintain application workflows, dashboards, and security controls.
- Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and best practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge across teams.
