Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees design, programming, building and deployment of software applications and systems that support various business and insurance processes.
• Drives the implementation of new features and functionalities based on business requirements; enhances user experience and ensures seamless integration with existing systems.
• Oversees software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors and implementing enhancements.
• Develops comprehensive technical specifications based on design and business requirements.
• Leads collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions improving data flow and interoperability.
• Enhances application performance through continuous assessments and improvements.
• Provides expert technical support to end-users and team members; resolves application-related issues.
• Maintains documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
• Fosters a collaborative environment among business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
