Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Senior Application Engineer for Low Voltage Power Distribution (Circuit Breaker). The role is hybrid, based in Grand Prairie, TX or Peachtree Corners, GA, with remote options for experienced internal candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing.
5+ years applying power circuit breakers in industrial/commercial power systems.
Experience with communications for processes/building management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 30% and domestic travel only.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead pursuit teams using customer needs, engineering, and manufacturing processes to create compelling experiences for selling efforts.
Provide pre-sale interfacing with customers, developers, project managers on technical issues for power circuit breakers in distribution equipment.
Gather business/technical requirements and assist product management with new specifications.
Create white papers, presentations, and digital media to support selling efforts.
Develop and deliver presentations, demos, proofs of concept, proposals and reviews.
Guide clients in selecting appropriate solutions and technology suites.
