Kennametal, Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Engineer in the Machine Tool Industry to support the sales team with technical tooling and product application solutions.

The role requires leadership within the sales territory, mentoring teammates, and stepping in as interim team lead when needed. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, understand customer needs, and match Kennametal solutions to meet requirements while driving service excellence and growth in the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• 5–7+ years of field or manufacturing experience in metal cutting.
• Experience with OEM machine tool builders preferred.
• Proficient at identifying customer needs and communicating technical information.
