Mollie is seeking a Senior Engineer to build scalable financial products and help expand into new markets, delivering high-volume transaction systems. You will contribute to Mollie's evolving platform, including Mollie Capital and in-person payments, while shaping the architecture and product roadmap.

You will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence while partnering with product and stakeholders to ship value quickly and reliably across our platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developing large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in PHP or Java, with Go, C#, or Python valued.
• Experience leading architectural decisions and end-to-end projects.
• Mentoring junior developers and driving team growth.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Product-first mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Accountability and proactive improvement of processes.
