Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise access control and video surveillance experience.
• 3+ years as Applications Engineer or similar role.
• Advanced certifications: LenelS2 Master, Genetec Advanced, Milestone Expert.
• Proven mastery of SQL, Windows Server clustering, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and enterprise networking.
• Track record of leading large-scale multi-site deployments and migrations.
• Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/IT; on-call rotations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy enterprise access control, video management across multi-site environments.
• Serve as primary escalation lead for complex incidents; perform root-cause analyses and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with customer IT, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to align with standards.
• Direct system commissioning, API integrations, database replication, and server clustering.
• Mentor Associate and Level I/II Engineers; establish SOPs and documentation governance.
