Job summary
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking an experienced technical leader to design, develop, and maintain highly complex software applications with interdependencies. You will review complex requirements, translate them into technical specs, and guide a team through full SDLC with a focus on DevOps and security standards.

Qualifications
- Requires advanced knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Kanban).
- Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in object-oriented languages and SQL.
- Understanding of relational database management systems.
Responsibilities
- Review complex business requirements and translate into technical specifications.
- Develop, modify and maintain highly complex software products with interdependencies.
- Lead production support and deployment activities as needed.
- Mentor junior staff and drive DevOps best practices.
