U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Application Developer in Cincinnati, OH to join a team delivering complex applications. You will design, code, test, and maintain high- complexity systems while aligning with architecture standards and development practices.

You will work with delivery managers, IT development, and architecture groups to implement requirements, optimize performance, and guide colleagues through change impact analyses in a collaborative, multi-team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least seven years of experience developing and implementing applications.
• Experience in application design, architecture and development tools.
• Experience with release management and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain high-complexity programs.
• Participate in architecture tasks including estimating time, cost and tasks.
• Guide others through change impact analysis and refine dev/test environments.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure performance and standards.
• Lead and mentor staff on technical solutions and best practices.
