Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in application development, engineering, or architecture with 3+ years in architecture-focused roles.
• Experience architecting solutions across enterprise platforms (ERP and core business systems).
• Hands-on depth with configuration, master data, and workflows.
• Hybrid/SaaS and on-premise experience with security considerations.
• Strong integration design skills: data mappings, APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns.
• Proven ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with engineers and executives.
