Brunswick Corporation seeks an experienced Enterprise Applications Architect to transform the digital landscape, shaping architecture for ERP, CRM, SaaS, and legacy systems. You’ll drive API-led integration, multi-cloud strategy, and modernization efforts across business domains including finance and supply chain.

You’ll collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and legacy teams to map capabilities to applications, enforce standards, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale application modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience across HR, Finance, Supply Chain domains.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture blueprints aligning enterprise applications with business capabilities and ensure scalability and alignment.
• Map business capabilities to enterprise and legacy applications.
• Define enterprise integration strategy across ERP/CRM/SaaS and legacy platforms with API-led patterns.
• Design and govern APIs including lifecycle management and documentation standards.
• Create and maintain an integration reference architecture to improve interoperability.
• Oversee modernization of legacy systems with API wrappers and strangler patterns.
• Develop architecture standards and reference architectures for enterprise applications.
• Lead architecture deliverables for projects including ERP, CRM, SaaS, and legacy apps.
• Collaborate with Integration Architect to enable seamless multi-cloud integrations.
• Assess and select platforms and connectors to optimize functionality.
• Lead modernization, cloud migrations, and upgrades of enterprise applications.
• Partner with leaders to translate capability requirements into technical solutions.
• Mitigate risks related to performance, security, and integration challenges.
• Monitor and optimize applications for scalability, performance, and cost.
