Job summary

Memorial Hermann is seeking an Application Analyst to advance the functionality and operational efficiency of information systems within our health system. You will analyze, design and develop software modules and train customers in system use.

You will support project management activities, translate requests into specifications, and help maintain high quality service while adhering to MHHS values.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or two years of related experience.
• Experience with large, complex information systems in healthcare is preferred.
• Knowledge of application support, development tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requests into software specifications for assigned tasks.
• Support project planning and timelines under supervision.
• Provide training, support and problem resolution to customers.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of assigned applications and assist with after-hours support.
• Ensure quality, safe patient care in line with policies.
