Reporting to the Manager, you will participate in project planning, application support, and after-hours on-call rotations while upholding Memorial Hermann's commitment to safe, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or two years experience (education requirement).
• Experience/knowledge in healthcare management information systems (MIS).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with moderate supervision by Manager or Team Lead.
• Develop and deploy queries, simple applications, moderately complex reports.
• Translate customer requests into software specifications.
• Maintain detailed technical knowledge of assigned applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end-users.
• Identify issues and propose options and recommendations.
• Provide customer training and support; participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
• Deliver safe, caring, and efficient information systems services.
