Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to enhance, support, and manage its applications. The role leads projects, coordinates feature development, testing, and vendor releases, and resolves system issues while guiding IT colleagues with technical and functional analysis.

Three on-site days are required weekly (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at Temple Health Women’s and Families Hospital, with collaboration across TUHS stakeholders to train users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5 years experience in related role with troubleshooting, research, and solving complex problems.
• General experience managing IT related projects.
• General experience and knowledge with hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, support, and manage applications within Temple Health.
• Lead application projects from start to finish and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate development of new features, test, and implement vendor releases and system upgrades.
• Resolve system issues and serve as escalation point for IT team members.
• Provide training on system functionality and configure features to increase user productivity.
