Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in application administration or IT operations with CAD/BIM or GIS tools.
• Experience with packaging, deployment automation, and endpoint management in virtual/physical environments.
• Strong vendor interaction and licensing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex application issues across engineering, productivity, and business applications.
• Lead operational support of CAD/BIM and GIS platforms: version standardization, deployment of workspaces and standards; ensure add-in compatibility and performance.
• Design, build, test, and maintain application packages and deployment automation; test updates before production release.
• Administer license managers and licensing portals; monitor utilization and align licensing with staffing needs.
• Implement application monitoring; identify recurring failures and drive permanent fixes and automation.
• Mentor the Application Administrator I and Service Desk staff; maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Perform other duties as assigned
