Job summary
Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Senior Apple Engineer to lead the lifecycle management, development, testing, and enterprise handling of Apple devices across clinical and administrative environments. You will also oversee OS images, software packaging, and remote deployment strategies.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of iOS/Apple/Windows experience, strong MDM and deployment skills, and a proven ability to work in a hybrid remote setting in the Los Angeles area.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with iOS, desktop computers and Apple/Windows OS.
- 5+ years of experience with remote software distribution and deployment.
- Experience with enterprise device management for 18k+ devices preferred.
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting for workstations and peripherals.
- Knowledge of network concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls) and security policies.
Responsibilities
- Lifecycle management, development, testing and enterprise management of Apple devices.
- Develop, test, and maintain kiosk and admin OS images and software packaging.
- Design and implement deployment standards and remote management processes.
- Provide third-level support for helpdesk and on-site/system administrators.
- Mentor junior staff and participate in on-call after-hours support.
