Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an expert to lead Apple OS/hardware initiatives in a large enterprise. You will guide MDM deployment, strategy, and procurement for Apple products, while managing Mac hardware and vendor relations.

You will analyze user feedback, document requirements, and translate them into technical improvements. Collaboration across teams and a strong communication skillset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading development and external deployment activities for digital products and offerings.
• 5+ years of experience using/supporting/troubleshooting Apple Devices.
• 5+ years of experience in Apple’s MDM framework and Endpoint Management.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and capturing user feedback and requirements.
• 5+ years of experience with personal computing systems and product design.
• Experience collaborating across multi-functional teams.
• Experience deploying Apple products in highly regulated industries.
• Deep experience with third-party applications for Apple platforms in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Apple OS and hardware across the enterprise.
• Deliver expertise in Apple MDM frameworks and deployment at enterprise scale.
• Define technical strategy, roadmaps, and standards for Apple hardware/software procurement.
• Manage Mac computing hardware and accessories including vendor relations.
• Document requirements and implement improvements based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with enterprise functions to improve processes and tech.
• Support knowledge base improvements and end-user problem resolution.
• Test feature releases and communicate plans to end users.
