Job summary

GuideWell in Florida seeks an IT Systems Engineer to monitor, install, configure, administer, troubleshoot and maintain enterprise technology solutions, with emphasis on Apple macOS, iOS and iPadOS across clinical and corporate environments.

This hybrid position requires proximity to Jacksonville, FL, with relocation possible, and includes a technical review in the interview process and collaboration with IT and business partners to meet enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing Apple macOS, iOS and iPadOS in an enterprise.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance or financial sectors with HIPAA, PCI, SOC2, HITRUST, CMS.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Extensive experience implementing and administering technical solutions in large-scale system deployments.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology.
• Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations.
• Ensures technologies are updated with current, stable architecture and applications meeting enterprise standards.
• Researches, designs, implements and tests technology solutions.
• Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies.
• Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures.
• Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities.
• Manages tickets and tasks from owners and on-call incidents.
• Collects and presents data for reporting and planning.
• Assists with developing strategies, processes and procedures related to systems administration.
