M&T Bank is seeking an Appian Solutions Developer SME and Lead Developer to join an Agile team. You will participate in design, development, testing, and production support across the full lifecycle, including incident triage and deployment.

You will act as a senior liaison between product owners, analysts, and QA. The role requires senior Appian expertise, strong coding skills in .NET/Java, and experience with integration patterns, DevOps, and data architectures.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher; 5+ years solutions development experience or 9+ years with equivalent work experience.
• Appian Senior or Lead Developer Certification desired; Associate Developer Certification required; experience with Appian v24.1+.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance using Appian PaaS environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and UX teams to produce design artifacts and guide implementation.
• Author architecture docs, technical specs, and tasks aligned to user stories with traceability.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate development tasks within the team.
