Job summary

ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a Senior Appian Developer to support the U.S. Army CECOM ASIC FASOR program. You will lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian-based solutions, provide technical leadership, and ensure secure, scalable applications.

Required: a Bachelor’s in CS or engineering or 5+ years of software experience, 3+ years Appian, DoD security knowledge, DoD SECRET clearance or ability to obtain it, U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related technical discipline or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum five years in software design, development, and maintenance for engineering applications.
• Minimum three years of hands-on Appian development including process models, interfaces, records, and deployments.
• DoD database and code security requirements.
• US Citizenship required and ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement Appian applications, interfaces, and integrations for FASOR.
• Lead code reviews, enforce secure coding practices, and manage configuration discipline.
• Troubleshoot Appian and Army system issues across environments.
• Provide mentorship to junior Appian developers.
• Support deployment and sustainment of Appian solutions across Army enterprise and cloud.
