Job summary

ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a Senior Software Developer (Appian) to lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian-based solutions for the Army FASOR project, under ASIC and CECOM SETA program. The role provides technical leadership and ensures secure, scalable apps aligned with cybersecurity requirements.

Required: 3+ years Appian development, DoD security standards, US citizenship, active/interim SECRET clearance, and a technical degree or 4+ years of related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related engineering/software experience.
• 5+ years in software design, development, and maintenance for engineering apps.
• 3+ years Appian development including process models, interfaces, and deployments.
• Demonstrated adherence to DoD database and code security requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship and active/interim DoD SECRET clearance ability.
• Appian and DoD security experience aligned with DoD standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement Appian applications, interfaces, and integrations for FASOR.
• Lead code reviews, enforce secure coding practices, and manage configuration discipline.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Appian and Army systems.
• Mentor junior/intermediate Appian developers and provide technical guidance.
• Support deployment and sustainment of Appian solutions across Army environments.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to translate requirements into workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and produce relevant CDRL documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applicable deliverables.
