ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a Senior Appian Developer to lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian solutions for the FASOR project, supporting Army readiness and cybersecurity. You will provide technical leadership within the Digital Solutions Division, collaborating with government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable Appian workflows across Army enterprise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years designing, developing, and maintaining software for engineering apps.
3+ years hands-on Appian development in production environments.
Demonstrated DoD database and code security knowledge.
DoD SECRET clearance eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement Appian applications and integrations for FASOR.
Lead code reviews and enforce DoD secure coding practices.
Troubleshoot issues across Appian and Army systems.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Support deployment and sustainment across Army environments.
Collaborate with Government stakeholders to translate requirements into workflows.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and adhere to PWS guidance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for CDRLs.
