Job summary

ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a Senior Software Developer (Appian Developer) to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian solutions for the FASOR project in support of Army readiness and cybersecurity compliance.

The role provides technical leadership within the Digital Solutions Division, mentoring junior developers and collaborating with Government stakeholders across Army enterprise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years in the last 8 years designing, developing, maintaining software for engineering applications.
• 3+ years hands-on Appian development in production.
• Demonstrated DoD database and code security requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD SECRET clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement Appian applications and integrations.
• Lead code reviews and enforce secure coding practices.
• Troubleshoot issues across Appian and Army systems.
• Mentor junior and intermediate Appian developers.
• Support deployment and sustainment across Army enterprise and cloud environments.
• Translate requirements into automated Appian workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure compliance with PWS.
